I couldn't agree more! On the other hand this is the first time that we've had this problem since I joined the form ... not that that makes it any better :(

Yes we really need Ashe to come back and clean house - I tried messaging him but nothing yet- if anyone has a proper contact for him please use it.
I know the forum is quiet, but lets not have it killed off completely by these idiots.

Setting up a verification system for new members would stop it, but again, it needs the big guy to set something up if/when he has time :)

I complained to one of the companies whose adverts appear (3 times) but of course they don't give a sh*t.

Actually for an interesting note, the greenman128 is an admin account which was in fact based on an NPC from a solo campaign I ran with Felix - he's a paraplegic master-hacker in the CoE mythos. Someday I'll post more about him.

I can certainly understand you using greenman128 as your administrator account; after all, ThePainter is actually the first NPC that I ever created for the CoE system. He was actually intended to be a PC, rather than an NPC, but when I found out that I would be running the game rather than playing it, he was re-developed into an experienced NPC. Some of his skills may have changed, but he essentially kept the same personality and character flaws ... well, alright, maybe a few extra flaws to make him more interesting!

I won't say anything more about him as he may still have a few surprises for the group ;)

It sounds as if greenman128 could be an interesting character; you certainly don't have to be on the front-line fighter in order to be useful or interesting. A paraplegic master-hacker would certainly present challenges, but I for one would certainly be interested to hear more about him.

My own group have their own background information source (Pat Dunn by name) but they don't really know anything about her ... as yet! At the moment she's merely a voice on the other end of a telephone, but that could change :)
