Pop-Up Windows

Ok so I just came on here a minute ago and Firefox told me it blocked a pop-up window - from this site. There are not supposed to be any pop-ups on this site and i didnt see what it was and it has yet to reappear. But if anyone gets a popup from anywhere on this site I'd like to know about it so I can proceed to strangle someone official for it ;)

How would someone get a popup onto the site?

It might have been the PM pop-up, look into that.
