One of my players is going to have a 10 year old character...so that would you suggest to not have in under control...he is a Razor..I am an avatar and i have two mancers...

Right on...Mad props for the 10yr old kid angle...When I first ran this game it was an all-kid cast set in the late 1980s in NE Oklahoma. The players had 100 CP characters age 12-14. In point of fact I dont think anyone had powers to begin with, but Felix's character ended up geting turned Lilim (vampire - more info in the final core book) and was running a double-agent angle on Mhorock and Laya (though Laya had him figured out if I remember)
